Driod Razr Maxx No output signal from HDMI

Monday 20th of August 2012 / droidforums.net
Hello,I have a droid razr maxx with ics. I just got a brand new mini to standard hdmi cable. I plugged it into a new acer 27" led monitor with hdmi input. Nothing makes any reaction when I plug and un plug cables. the tv does not see it and the phone does not react at all. I have no other way of testing the cable as the phone is my only mini hdmi device but it is a name brand cable (i actually didn't cheap out this time) and fresh out of the box. I tries the setting making sure hdmi was enabled and i messed with the overscan and still nothing, not a flicker. could there be an app interfering with the hdmi like lookout? Help.Thank You

Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX Now Officially Available From Verizon Wireless

Thursday 26th of January 2012 / phandroid.com
Grab your wallets, folks. Because one of the biggest and baddest Verizon has to offer is finally available for purchase. The Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX is now officially available, online, from Verizon Wireless and can handle all the multimedia, streaming and gaming you can throw at it. This is all thanks to its 3,300mAh battery — those carrying-a-charger-with-you days are finally gone.If you’re feeling especially chatty after buying your new Droid Razr Maxx (and who could blame you), the device is said to get somewhere around 21 hours of talk time on a single charge. And just because it offers almost double the battery capacity of the regular old Droid Razr, doesn’t mean it has to suffer in the looks department. Measuring in at only 8.99mm thick, the Maxx still keeps a relatively slim profile, making it attractive option against the rest of Verizon’s 4G LTE lineup. If there’s one Android device to recommend to your friends, family or coworkers — this is it. You can pick up the Droid Razr Maxx from Verizon Wireless for $300 with an upgrade or 2-year a

DROID RAZR MAXX Drops to $199 From Verizon – Droid Life

Monday 14th of May 2012 / droid-life.com
At the end of last week, we were tipped to a possible $100-off deal from Verizon for the DROID RAZR MAXX, which normally runs $299 on contract. As of today, that deal is in place online and in stores for those looking to make 3300mAh of battery juice a part of their daily ritual. Not a bad price for 4G LTE, top-end specs, and the best battery in the business. You can read our review of the MAXX here. And we wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t throw out the idea that normally when we see price drops like this, that new phones tend to be around the corner. That would be me referring to the RAZR HD and not the Incredible 4G LTE. Is it time to clear house and welcome in Motorola’s next big thing? It would be about time.Via:  Verizon

DROID RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD Available Now From Verizon – Droid Life

Wednesday 17th of October 2012 / droid-life.com
It’s October 18 (in some places), and that means that the Motorola DROID RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD are on sale from Verizon. For $199 and $299 respectively, you get a 4.7″ HD Super AMOLED display, 16GB and 32GB of internal storage, a microSD slot for additional storage, 8MP camera on the back, Ice Cream Sandwich (with Jelly Bean updates on the way), NFC, 4G LTE, and kevlar backing that feels extra soft in hand. The build quality of these two phones (our initial unboxing), can’t be matched by many. The RAZR MAXX HD “wows!” because of its massive 3300mAh battery that can get you up to 32 hours “of performance.” The regular RAZR HD should be solid in the battery department as well with its 2530mAh power pack. Both phones have been fine-tuned to be the best in the business on a single charge. The RAZR HD comes in both black and white, while the MAXX version comes in black only. Both devices are global-ready.We know that many of you have been waiting patiently for these phones – are you ready to buy, today?Verizon Links:  RAZR HD (Black or

Motorola DROID RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD now available from Verizon

Thursday 18th of October 2012 / phandroid.com
While the Motorola DROID RAZR M is a fine device for many different people it’s no secret that our readership has instead been looking forward to the RAZR HD devices to make their way to Verizon Wireless. Fortunately the devices are indeed available, and you can get them for $200 (RAZR HD) and $300 (RAZR MAXX HD) by opening your wallets and heading to VerizonWireless.com or your local Verizon store. These devices are follow-ups to the successful RAZR reboot of yesteryear, and while an upgrade for those of you who got those phones might not seem ideal there’s plenty reason for you to consider them just as strongly as anyone. The devices have a 4.7 inch HD display, an 8 megapixel camera, a 1.5GHz dual-core S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.0, NFC, and more. The two variants have a slight difference, of course, as the MAXX HD comes outfitted with a 3,300mAh battery rated for 32 hours. Verizon and Motorola aren’t saying that’s talk time, mind you, so we imagine they went with average smartphone usage tests to determine that number. It’s still very impressive

Last week we mentioned the possibility of Verizon dropping the Droid Razr Maxx price by $100 based off of some new marketing material that emerged. Well folks, looks like the price change has already gone into effect as the device is now listed on the VZW website for only $199.99 on a new 2-year contract or $169.99 plus a $30 upgrade fee for current Verizon customers. TV no longer receiving signal from HDMI cable - Droid Razr XT910

Tuesday 02nd of July 2013 / droidforums.net
My phone/cable used to work fine to watch videos etc. on my TV but has recently stopped working. My phone is still recognising that it's connected to a HDMI lead (I still get the "Mirror mode" prompter), and both TVs work fine with other HD devices.I bought a new cable but still both TVs are no longer receiving the signal. Also, since the last update, there is no longer a "HDMI" option in settings so cannot have a play around with these settings.Does anyone have any suggestions?Would a reset be of any use?

I ran over my Driod RAZR MAXX - phone is dead - Anyway to recover the pics?

Thursday 18th of December 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
Moto Driod RaZR MAXX. Run over it and now its completely dead. I do get a solid green light for about 3 secs if i plug it up to charger or to a USB cable. But no other response. I have a few pics that were not backed up that I need to get back and I dont know how to get to the internal storage. Plugging into USB and laptop does not see the phone at all. Any tricks that anyone can think of? Thanks for your ideas.
