Stuck at Boot Screen

Friday 06th of May 2011 / androidtablets.net
Stuck at Boot Screen Hi,So part of my problem started with some directory listings being in Chinese, even though I changed the language settings and also Location. So I choose the option to reset to defaults and the system powered down and them began its boot up sequence and is now stuck at the boot screen with an image of the Android guy and the build Android 2.2 title below.I have tried using the tablet hocked to a notebook pc and a desktop pc but as USB debugging is not currently enabled I can't view the internal card. Is there any way to bring this system back to life. I imagine that I need to run a setup file to reset the config? Is there a button/power combination that will allow a re-install?Thanks in advance for any help,System as follows:Model # : FR-809CPU : Freescale A8 (Mx515)CPU : 1GHzMemory : DDR2 512MBBuilt in Memory: 4GB NAND flashOperating system : Android 2.2

Le Pan TC970 - Apple (or otherwise) Bluetooth keyboard?

Thursday 01st of December 2011 / androidtablets.net
Hello first,First off, sorry if this has been asked, but the search turned up nothing. Two days ago I got a Le Pan TC970 and so far it is working well. It seems to dislike WPA variant networks, and my wireless was crashing like mad until I changed the network to WEP encryption. Now it is working just dandy. I do hope they fix this either way.My current issues is, I'm trying to get it to work with an Apple Bluetooth wireless keyboard that I use frequently on an IPOD touch 4g - so I've confirmed that the keyboard isn't the problem. My Le Pan's firmware is 4431 which a few google searches suggest is the most updated. The Android OS is Froyo 2.2, Linux version 2.6.32.9-4431. This is the keyboard:http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC...ode=MTY1NDA1Mgthis point, I've started up bluetooth on my tablet and gone through the pairing procedure successfully in settings. Under Bluetooth connections, it shows "dan's keyboard" as "Connected to HID based input" after a few seconds of "Paired but not connected." After that connection is up and the bluetooth symbol is show

Le Pan TC970 Vs Filemate Identity???

Tuesday 20th of December 2011 / androidtablets.net
This is my first post but very important I want to buy my first tablet. I am going to florida on vacation in 5 days and am planing on buying my tablet in the usa because Canada does not have much choices. My price limit with tax is $240 not allot but times are tough. I checked around walmart and Bestbuy and got to finals the Le Pan TC970 and Filemate Identity Le pan is 9.7 inch and Filemate is 7 inch. I would mostly use a tablet for Internet browsing, Apps, Videos and music. The Le pan does not support as many file formats as Filemate but it has a larger screen which I really prefer. The both have got great reviews and are pretty fast for there class. The Le pan is said to have better build quality and battery life when the Filemate is siad to have really fast and long distance wifi module. I dont know much more so I need some more experianced people to give me there imput. Here is a link for both:Le Pan TC970 :Walmart.com: Lepan TC970 with Wi-Fi 9.7" Touchscreen Tablet PC Featuring Android 2.2 (Froyo) Operating System: ComputersFilemate Identity :Filemate Tablet PC, Identity 7&q

Le Pan TC970 30 pin connector

Friday 16th of December 2011 / androidtablets.net
Hi!I lost my 30 pin usb connector for Le Pan. Where can I get a new one? And the 30 pin connector for Ipod Touch isn't compatible with the Le Pan. I heard the samsung galaxy tablet 30 pin connector could be compatible...so I just ordered one via ebay. I am uncertain that it will be compatible.Any suggestions or help please. I contacted Amazon, where I bought it from, they told me to contact Le Pan manufacturer...their customer service number is out of line. I left them a message, no answers yet. I called best buy, and that's where they told the samsung galaxy 30 pin connector would fit but the technicians wasn't 100% sure since he never heard of the Le Pan TC970. Thanks guys

Can I use Logitech 3.0 bluetooth keyboard on Le Pan TC970 Tablet?

Saturday 07th of July 2012 / androidtablets.net
I have a Logitech bluetooth keyboard that I bought to use with my recently purchased Vizio Vtab1008. Yesterday I had a chance to see and use a Le Pan TC970 tablet, and the difference between the two is like night and day. The bottom line is that I ordered the Le Pan and will receive it in about a week. I'll be returning the Vizio. However, since the keyboard is for devices running Android 3.0 or higher, and the Le Pan is running Android 2.2, is there any way that I can use the keyboard. I really like it and the return period for Best Buy has expired, so I'm stuck with it if it won't work on the Le Pan. I would appreciate any help or suggestions that are offered.

Le Pan TC970 stuck at loading screen

Friday 21st of June 2013 / androidtablets.net
Hello, I have bought a le pan tablet on amazon in December 2012, I have had no problems or bugs except for this problem.. after I turned on my tablet it stays stuck on the loading screen. It wont let me turn it off, and if I reset the tablet (which I have done) it does the same exact thing over and over. I have tried a factory reset, and it says to me "Firmware File is Bad." I would appreciate any answers to help solve my issue.. thanks.

Woke up and my Moto X is stuck at loading screen :(

Friday 01st of November 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
Was there an update overnight? I don't have anything on my phone rooted, it's completely stock. When I woke up, my phone was off, which was weird because when I went to bed it was at around 60%. I tried to turn it on, but it's stuck at the X on the loading screen. I've tried a reset, tried wiping the cache, tried a factory reset, but get nothing. Any ideas?

Nexus 4 stuck at loading screen

Tuesday 11th of November 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hi there, I know people had this issue after the 4.4 OTA update last November but I have it now I did drop it a short distance this morning onto a carpeted floor, it seemed to work fine till I turned wifi on, it would just turn off again, without displaying networks. I rebooted and ran into the endless loading screen issue. After reading about people having these issues because of connecting components incorrectly after repairs, I wonder if its hardware related. I reset cache(had those cache errors) and factory reset before I thought of this though That didnt work, still loading endlessly. I read about recovery software(wugfresh?) to try and flash a stock image. My phone doesnt connect via usb though, I used to turn that on manually when I needed(hope that didnt turn out to be a huge mistake now). So, is my device soft bricked? Im thinking of trying the wugfresh app to flash a stock image, seems to be my best option. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated, thanks
