Play Store Error 403. Brand new Xperia Z Tablet.

Tuesday 11th of February 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hi Everyone, New poster so go gentle. I'm not a complete novice but I got a new Experia Z Tablet this morning and I'm ready to throw it out of the window in a minute. I have been on android for a long time with the same email. Gmail address. I received my new tablet this morning. Turned it on and after setting up logged in with my email that have used for years and am currently using on a HTC one but I'm getting the 403 error whenever try to download an app or even re populate the tablet with the same apps I have on my phone. I've researched lots and tried the deleting cash and stop services etc. Still no joy. I've factory reset tablet. Kept on wifi and tried again. Still the same. I've made a new Gmail account. Tried again. Still the same. I'm at a loss to what to do. If even after making a new Google log in etc it won't work where do I go now. I don't want multiple accounts I just want to have the same account across my phone and tablet. Oh and it's the lte version by the way. I've tried not entering any mobile network details and using only wifi at first and it doesn't work. Then

Google play store purchased apps issue

Friday 15th of November 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
So I need serious help/explanation to this issue I have come across. I had created a new Google account due to my old one being hacked into. What I realized is that all my apps would be gone if I removed my old email from the phone. So realizing that I am rooted with titanium backup, I did a backup of all my apps on TB....reset my phone to factory settings...put my new Google account in and ran a restore of all my apps that were associated with my old Google account. Worked like a charm, until it came to my purchased apps. Whenever I have an update for a purchased app I get the 403 error code. So I tried to uninstall the app and see if it would make me re-buy it under my new Google account...nope. It says "purchased" and when I hit install I get the same 403 error code. Now I know the obvious way around this is to keep my old Google account on the phone but I really don't want to do that. Is there a way I can somehow unlink the purchased apps so I can just rebuy them? Need your help and thanks in advance! Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
