I'm stuck at Android System Recovery. Now What

Saturday 19th of November 2011 / droidforums.net
Please Help. I was stuck at the M. I tried to flash CM7 to my phone and now it is stuck. I can get it to the triangle with the ! but then what can I do to fix it? When I use the volume buttons, I get options for Android system recovery, but I don't know which option to select or how to select it. This is a rooted Droid 2 previously running GB. Choices: Reboot System Now, Apply update from sdcard (I did save CM7 nightly update 139 to my sd card), wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition. Which and how would I select it? Then what will I need to do? Is there a link to some directions anywhere? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Mini Info is a robust system monitor for Android

Saturday 18th of September 2010 / talkandroid.com
I’ve used other Android system monitors before, but this one really takes the cake. Mini Info will tell you just about anything you need to know about your phone, including battery life, system memory, CPU load, and storage information. The nice thing about Mini Info is the level of control the user has over what he or she would like displayed. You can pick and choose what you would like to see, rather than having several things you don’t care for taking up space on your home screen. Also, opening the application from the app list brings up a quick overview, as well as controls for toggling WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, volume, and display brightness.Mini Info is free (ad supported), so hit up our download link below if you would like to install this great application.Rate and download: Mini Info[via lifehacker]» See more articles by Tyler Cunningham//

Can't adjust ringer/system volume easily.

Wednesday 24th of August 2011 / forums.androidcentral.com
I really hate that my first post here is one asking for help, but I do appreciate any and all help anyone has to give. I have an HTC Merge on US Cellular, running Android 2.2 I believe. I use the app "Widgetsoid" to control my sound profiles (ring+vib, vib, silent) as a 1x1 switcher on my desktop. I then have a 1x4 widget on my #5 screen that has wifi toggle, gps toggle, volume controls, brightness, and airplane mode. Just this morning, I went to randomly check to change my ringer volume (or something, I forget exactly) and my ringer volume now doesn't change with the sound profile 1x1 switcher that is on my home screen. What I've tried: I think to myself "Ok, so widgetsoid is having a bit of a problem?" So I uninstall widgetsoid and use the stock profile switcher widget, but I get the same problem, the ringer volume won't change with the profile. If I manually set the ringer volume to 5, then turn the phone onto silent, the ringer volume will still be at 5. This goes for the exact opposite as well, where if it's left at 0, and I change it to "Loud" or w

Can't log-in to my Google Account on Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 with Android 4.1.2.

Saturday 03rd of January 2015 / forums.androidcentral.com
My Samsung S2 stopped working properly a while ago.First the dial screen and then the adress book screen 'broke', meaning whenever I wanted to access either of them, the phone froze. While trying to fix the Calendar, I noticed that my Google Account is not syncing anymore. Now I can not access my Google Account at all, including all accociated apps and the app store. After searching for solutions some people said to remove and add my Google account again. I was able to remove it, but can't add it anymore. After resetting the phone twice I am now able to access my dial and phone book screen again, but am still unable to add my Google Account again. I tried to access the Android System Recovery Screen, but the phone just turns itself back on. (I tried both: Either pressing the volume up button and the power button; and pressing the volume up / down button as well as the power button) What else can I do?Thank you for your help in advance!
