As I stated every time I have a call the person on the other line can hear me initially however after random time elapses they hear nothing. I can hear them fine and it happens every single call. This has been going on for over a week now and it's quite annoying.

Going crazy and NOONE can hear me,

Wednesday 17th of March 2010 / droidforums.net
Am I the only person who has this problem: No one can hear me when I am on the phone, I can hear them but they CANNOT hear me. If I leave message on someones message service and play it back sure enough all I can hear is some of my message in a very low bad quality recording. I can only be heard if I use a head set or my Parrot in my car. I hate head sets and I can't hear on those useless things. Also, my screen goes to sleep and won't wake up sometimes I have to remove the battery to reset the phone to wake it up. Both of these issues I have had since day one of getting my Droid. I returned my first Droid the day after I purchased it because of the exact same issues. I have not bothered until now to try do something with this because I thought it must be the same with every Droid and when I returned my first Droid, the staff at the store said they could hear me and said they could not recreate the same problem making me seem like I was a crazy lunatic with hallucinations. It's now at the point where I either will throw this phone as hard as I can against a brick wall or put it in th

(ZTE Majesty) Some callers can hear me, some can't.

Saturday 01st of February 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hey there, everyone. I'm a bit new here, but I'm looking for a solution to a problem I've been having for a little while now. So, to briefly explain, I'm a Straight Talk user. I bought a ZTE Majesty from Straight Talk back in late December and I activated it in early January. The phone is great, very few complaints at all. It's my first Android as well. My problem is with the calling, and I'm mostly getting this complaint from my father as it seems to only be on calls with him that I have this issue. My father doesn't have an Android. It's a really basic flip phone. It seems that there's times when he can't hear me at all, and if he does it sounds mumbled. When I put him on speaker, there seems to be no issue at all. I've tried going to a different area in the case of low signal, and that doesn't seem to be the source of the problem. Can someone tell me what might be the cause of this? It seems to only be on calls with him, but I've had occasions where other people can't hear me as well. I typically have little, if any, apps running when I call him. However, I do have Skype on my p

Galaxy S4 - I can't hear anyone and no one can hear me on calls!

Thursday 13th of November 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hello! I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 on ebay.com and I've been having some issues. In order to get my apps to carry over, I rooted my device, got my stuff and then got rid of the root. I am running on android version 4.4.2. My main concern is that when I make calls and receive them, no one can hear me talk and I can't hear anyone else talk. When making a call I also don't hear a dial tone. Yes my volume is all the way up and no I don't have anything muted. I have tried multiple things such as disabling Google Drive (which multiple people said works), playing with connections, and so on. I just got all of my stuff loaded onto the phone and I really don't wish to factory reset. I'm hoping that's not the only option. One thing I've found is that my calling works through Wi-Fi calling. That's great but when I'm not home that's not very helpful. Although it rules out what others have said about cleaning out the microphone. Does anyone have any solutions or advice?Anything would be appreciated!
